Mr. Joshua Exaud Mtui, B.Acc
Chief Executive Officer (C.E.O) & Lead Consultant
Mr. Joshua Exaud Mtui serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Lead Consultant at our firm. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy from the Institute of Accountancy Arusha and has also been a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors, which gives him a strong analytical foundation for navigating complex financial landscapes.
With over seven years of comprehensive experience, Mr. Mtui specializes in internal and external auditing, corporate accounting, tax compliance, as well as business and financial analysis. He is also highly proficient in QuickBooks and adept at strengthening organizations’ structural capacity.
Throughout his professional journey, Mr. Mtui has established an exemplary reputation as a turnaround strategist. He has successfully assisted corporate entities, non-governmental organizations, entrepreneurs, and high-net-worth individuals in overcoming significant fiscal, tax, business, and economic challenges. He is particularly noted for his capacity to rejuvenate distressed institutions, restore operational viability to organizations on the brink of collapse, provide clear strategic direction to teams that have lost momentum, and drive long-term financial recovery.
